i follows hr team around 1-1/2months due to my Esi hospital address correction,this is two minutes work,but I am following 1-1/2 month...if you have big contacts meana ur works goes super fast ,ur solo person no big contacts means ur work goes turtle speed,

Encouragement from the Management is great towards learning and involvement, absolutely no restriction to learn and suggest. Work recognition is excellent Managers are well experienced in the field and supportive to their subordinates Talents are recognised Compensation is fair enough and hikes are given reasonably well

Dislikes

...gement, who expects a series of follow ups for every single/small requirement. Collection of pay slips is terrible. It is not provided on monthly basis and they need explanation to collect your own pay slips. HR department checks regularly whether the employee has updated the profile on job sites like naukri etc.which is very very pathetic. Very arrogant HR manager, though being a lady, empathy level is below zero.

Here our managing director it passionate in printing industry and inspiring all. A good working environment / best pay master Important is politics free company .Growth and technical development its a best place to work.

There is one thing to be like in the company is everyone will support everyone until if they feel insecure. Career growth depends on how good you are doing politics. There is no meaning of innovation through out the company. This company will never suit to Educated people who is having creative ideas.

... to be speak about team work as there is no team at all through out the company. Salary is something they will give you based on your buttering to officials. If any one want to survive in this company, they have to sacrifice they ideas and have to say yes for every person who is unskilled also. If anyone want to work in above situations, they will join without any further thoughts. I joined last year. I graduated in B.Tech Mechanical with good percentile. I started using my ideas which i got from Six Sigma & Lean Principles. Finally, i decided to leave as nothing is changed inside the company. The only thing i got some good number of people who dislike me. Now, i returning to Software field and got an offer double the salary what i'm getting here.

Manager's in the company feel that himself are md to the company.. Increment will be late, it will be good for the people who is close to manager.. There is no perfect criteria for yearly appraisal.year by year quality of the laminates is degrading, leading to more customers complaints
