The compensation is average & depends on your skills. The working of company is very strange. Growth is ok but if you complete one year &that is very difficult.working hours are very odd. Staff has to work til late in evening.

Oh God, I have full list of it. Other offices have office politics, this company have so called "Chachi Politics". No one cares about your growth. No one gives you appreciation for your hard work, only have a rat race culture over her. Designers were crying on the corner and The so called HOD, I don't know why she is even here, she only knows how to make fun of employees, body shame them and for very obvious reasons, she have some favorite people with whom she demotivate hard working employees. As a HOD she do everything but not think about the company's growth. And if you are not in her favorite list, you might have to loss your job too.

Good work environment and culture. It's like a small family . The company give you a platform to explore your creativity and talent. There is no restriction on exploring new samples and design. I worked in the sampling department as Textile Designer, and trust me I was so blessed to be trained under Gaura mam, Rupen sir, Anjali mam, pritti mam, master ji's of Rateria Exports and also all the karigar in the sampling department. The HOD of the department Gaura mam, she is a lovely and hardworking person. Being a fresher to the textile industry she always supported me and encourage me to strengthen my pillars in design. The CAD designer Rupen sir, he is very supportive and encouraging senior to work under also The merchandise Anjali mam and guided me all around. The Master ji's helped me to understand the pattern of sampling work and also in my design. The karigars are the sweetest of all.. they understand the pressure of work they never disappoint with their beautiful outcomes. I was given an opportunity to work for Heimtex by HOD, Gaura mam. Besides work we enjoyed many events like secret santa, holi, diwali, new year etc.I miss Rateria, it's a place with work plus fun. It is a postive job place to explain your talent and creative in all the fields of the department.
