...rm that if there is not much business as expected for any particular month Mr. Pinjani ask the HR to deduct 2-3 days salary from the entire team members(excluding Pinjani) for that month. The HR Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Hiren both are bootlickers and have no spine! DONT JOIN RASNA

Totally unprofessional company. You need highest level of motivation to just go to office and work. The HR here finds ways to get rid of giving employees extra benefits & giving partial information before the joining. No motivation what do ever received from top management. The process of operations are soo weak would work 20 years ago. Not recommended for young people

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but management is worst they have no carrying for working employees.

There is a lot of politics and thr management docents address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

No work life balance . Team lead by a novice who is appointed at higher authority and the management is not able to replace him who is actively draining resources of the organisation and management follows that person blind folded. Extra costs arising due to wrong decision of the department head is to pe blamed on and recovered from the juniors who actively guide the company. It’s like working in a mom & pop shop.
