...rm that if there is not much business as expected for any particular month Mr. Pinjani ask the HR to deduct 2-3 days salary from the entire team members(excluding Pinjani) for that month. The HR Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Hiren both are bootlickers and have no spine! DONT JOIN RASNA

Totally unprofessional company. You need highest level of motivation to just go to office and work. The HR here finds ways to get rid of giving employees extra benefits & giving partial information before the joining. No motivation what do ever received from top management. The process of operations are soo weak would work 20 years ago. Not recommended for young people

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but management is worst they have no carrying for working employees.

There is a lot of politics and thr management docents address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Nobody wants to update. Unusual hard work, less coordination. As they assign specific sales person to distributor. They don't mention sales person detail in any raw data. So, Day by day i have to map the sales person with raw data which is absolutely unusual.
