They are a shallow company. They do not have any funds to pay anyone. They do not entertain and vendors and employees who ask for their money.

Everything. Not good work wise, culture and environment is pathetic and financially drained company.

All the people of this company are liars, they do not pay their employees and vendors and when you call they do not pick your calls. All are no. 1 liars including the HR, Admin, Finance Dept, HR, Merchant Head and the owner himself. They have all gone bankrupt.

nothing to like in this company. management does not like to do any good thing for employees and vendor. Infact MD os the company himself keep on chnaging his contact number so that no one can catch him for payment for the work done. managemnt is totally fraud and having many cases against them for non payment. There chques used to be bounced many times. They suck the needy and vendor will cry like anything. Very cheap managemant ....no professional behaviour....absolutely fraud and goons.

managemnt does not pick calls bounce chqques MD run away for payment fraud company no payment to employees and vendors goons like behaviour MD and his partners switch off their number to escape from payment.

I am very happy that I'm part of Rasik refreshment pvt Ltd good atmosphere,working nature is very good and all management team very nice working balance is great and my personal suggestions to all join rasik and start a new journey with all happiness Thanks to rasik Refreshment

There is nothing to like. Poor management, Toxic People, Toxic work culture. No career growth, mental harrasment. Illiterate staff . Owner is too rude, knows nothing but will act super smart. Top arrogant, duplicated person.
