You will get motivated by different promotions and opportunities. Definitely with time you will also get adjusted to the work culture.There is no thing as politics in the school, teachers, principal and management here are very cordial.

1 thing that really should be changed are their timings, the work time gets over at 4.30 sharp, and buses will move by 4.45-50, which is very late. By the time you reach home it will be 5.30-6 pm evening. This school also has a lot of festival celebrations and training programme, which demands more time. All the Saturday's are working till 2.30 and there is no such thing as second Saturday as most of the second Saturday they will send you on trainings which will go till 5 or 6 evening

People in office have no control over their anger and we feel discomfort as soon as we come in. "NO PATIENCE". For freshers they expect everything to learn and get into live which is not possible without training and also pressurise to work always.

During joining time,they say 2nd saturday and 3rd saturday till 1'o clk,but later they will conduct workshops/fdps/annual days.........Like donkeys only we have to work, no consideration of teachers hectic work/COncerns,U wont get leaves only. if we r not well,they well say us to take pill and work
