Freedom to work, For freshers its like heaven to work for, freedom to learn, apart salary on time, increment on time, bonus on time, leave is like govt job even more than that you can take leave as per your suits depending upon urgency of work at site, Management and owner of the company is down to earth. Company is growing very first though I have left the company recently due to further career growth along with certainly of the reason of low salary. I would love to join them in future

Well to be very frank presently company is in growing stage and the basic amenities like canteen, guesthouse facilities, buses to plants yet to be improve more. But the management is trying their best. One suggestion to company about accomodation kindly accomodate staffs as per their respective post or nearer post in the guest house. Otherwise Roxy guest is like home away from home

...ny feel that the compensation does not match the workload or industry standards. Improving salary structures could greatly enhance employee retention and satisfaction.

Salary lower than industry average, Salary given very late around 15th of every month, have to get in within 10:20 even 1min late will impact your salary after 3 consecutive lates as such. very bad hr policies exploiting freshers by not giving salary structure and appointment letter promptly.

...hese creeps. People are like maggots, parasites. Company will be in danger soon. Overall if there is other option which gives me half of the salary i will join that rather joining this company again.

One thing is good there is no restriction that you can't go to that plant or that plant. Means you have that opportunity to learn here but not from seniors you have to learn by yourself if you have that hunger. One point I wants to add that owner or Babu is grt his thoughts, his working style is grt. He is always thinking 5 years ahead. Also his hardwork motivate us to work more.

Company policy and HR dept is terrible and there bonus system is horrible. And per norms your basic salary will be your yearly bonus but they will cut your bonus due to your leave which is paid leave means includes my CTC. Inspite of this they will cut 2-3% of bonus when they have to pay you which is illogical. Then there is no workload system or performance based appriasal system. That's why one who is not working will get high hiked due to oiling. Local senior stuff who's are working for last 10 years, they thought the company is their dad's company. They will take 2-3 hrs or lunch time. And under there jounior will take that extra load. Company is overlooking those loop hole. More importantly HR is useless and Dept seniors does not have any Spin. No system development had seen in last 5 years, and mental pressure is increasing day by day. And also if you are new joiner then please make sure that they are paying you the same as much as they told you or as per discussion during interview because they will pay less if you are not aware.
