1. Technicians are considered superior than an engineers in this company. Many a times engineer works under the technician. ( No disrespect intended here. Technicians has more physical working skills than an engineer but there should be distinct line between technician's work and an engineer's work. Engineers should be groomed by the managers so that in the future they can lead the team which does not happen in this company.) 2. Trainee engineers are treated like labourers. 3. Training should be given to the trainee in a proper way so that he can improve his skills which will benefit the company as well. 4. HR head is horrible. She doesn't make things clear when you ask something to her. Instead she invent new rules which will make employee's life difficult. She talks like, "company is favouring the employees by keeping them employed." Every organisation has their own problems, but the initiation of the process to overcome the problems should start the moment you find one. This company has amazing potential, it just needs some corrections which has to be done by the management. I wish all the best luck to this company and employees who are working to grow this company.
