Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

Dislikes

Off's for the Indian employees is very low. Like only have 10 offs per year for any leave like sick leave, PTO, Holidays if need to take. Advice to the management: Atleast please raise the yearly paid-off count to 20 or 25 for better work life balance Also, it's better to organize a yearly meet-up for the team to bulid better relationship between colleagues

No holidays for Indian employees . Give 12 days yearly paid leave only. No work balance. Not give kt and other product code explanation Get fired the new joiny in next days without warning or explain
