This Company is 1st Month ok.. From Second Months 1st Day Asking For GTV 1cr. 3rd Month Gtv asking 2cr GTV. Management System is Very Poor Also Local Conveyance 0..Communication 0.. Sevice also very bad.. Poor leadership and management. ... There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Not a single employees can stay 1year at Odisha..

Good work in home based environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

So far there is no such major dislikes working in Rapipay. But one thing which I feel to highlighted that my salary is little lesser. Because I haven't negotiate well during my recruitment. Though they have given good hike & promoted ASM. within 9 MONTHS.

RAPIPAY IS NOT GOOD INTERMS OF HELPING OF ANY ISSUE IN MARKET AND ALSO NOT SUPPORT IN TERMS OF SALARY DEDUCTION. I HAVE RESIGNED ON FEBRUARY 09 2022 AFTER THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RELIVING LETTER AND FNF AMOUNT I HAVE CONTINUOSLY MAIL TO HR DEPARTMENT AND STATE HEAD NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR END AFTER THAT I HAVE RECEIVED RELIEVING LETTER AND FNF AMOUNT AFTER 4 MONTHS

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign

-There is no Job Security. -Without any intimation without any issuance of PIP your Official email id will be blocked also your CRM. -When you will be ask for the same they will be told,as per our management policy you have to resign because we didn't give any intimation like PIP etc. -
