People Join startups for two main reasons:- 1. Learning opportunities, 2. High Salary. If you join this company, expect neither. First, there is nothing to learn as the company's management doesn't even know how to run the company. They have no money to pay the salary but will keep buying random machines and raw materials. The management never listens to its employees. Management has a big ego issue. They do whatever they want. And of course, they fail. They don't pay the employees. The employees have had go to the police to get paid. They have not paid employees' taxes, and they ask employee to fill out tax forms reporting low income so that they don't have to pay any taxes, but they already cut the taxes out of the salary and haven't paid the government. The bottom line is that this company is toxic and should be avoided. Don't join.

everything they have made the environment worse than a mental asylum and credit goes to anup koppad, arun paliwal, both the barnwals, thakkad and all others whosoever is saying yes to them.
