They have engineering service as well they outsource /contract the employees mainly LAM, good for fresher's for learning, You will learn to handle the pressure n tight schedule, n they work in shifts regular 9am to 6pm

In my four years of experience I'm telling RGBSI Is The worst company in the 🌎 earth, Mainly HR department not respond to the call's or msg's atleast not replying to the email also.and mainly it's stealing the employees salaries and no improvement in this company to the employees, i suggesting you every one employees don't choose the RGBSI for Your Better future Opportunities.if you want fail in your life definitely will be join the RGBSI. and finaly if you are employed in RGBSI your future will be collapse at joining date Onwards You'r a falure. that's was the bad step for your life.So please don't choose the RGBSI.One more thing for this bad company , in this name of RAPID GLOBAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LTD But no solutions for employees.

Freshers in this domain or CAD , CAE can learn for an year or two then its the routine , Job Security is good

over 5+ years not a single training, in the same role no promotion, career growth seems to be blocked , Appraisal once in 2 yrs need to be asked continuously, top management is the final deciding, HR's response is very delayed
