till 2024 they were giving good hike as compared to others. but after 2024, that also changed, policy/rules updated and now it is same like other companies. can say not good now.

No job security at all. "A BIG NOOOOOOO" who is going to join here. they don't have anything relate to new project. once you complete your first project and move to bench then you can think & sure that anytime they will fire you without giving any opportunity and help. no new projects at all. worst management ever. they will force you to resign. as i worked here and suggesting you "don't join this org even by mistake".

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
