The worst place that i perused my career at mainly because of stability i stayed for a year.. but it was the worst experience from day one. Please don't join this company just for fun also..

No professionalism no salary regularlity no training heavy work load and questioning even though basic operation training not provided everything it's to be done by your self no help at any time no response.. nothing at this company even no relieving letter.. waste of time and part of life and career too..

...hard to find in this industry. Getting up at comparatively late is a luxury. 2. Salary gets credited promptly by month end. 3. Team leaders are nice people. 4. I can get flexible timing on the occasions I need to. 5. My position is 100% work at home.

Dislikes

1. Being shunted around to handle different accounts, which is first of all stressful and secondly affects productivity. My team leader is, however, a very nice person who tries to accommodate me in any way possible, I am not sure it would be the same if I were to be shifted to work under another team leader. 2. Sometimes only one Saturday is off in a month, I wish there were two, but I can live with this because the company is good in all other aspects.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
