Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Managers in KSA no experience ( no experience in the sales ) HR - KSA no cooperation also the Country manager is a weak machines very old and too much headache from clients delay to deliver the machines no service team experience work under pressure always no appreciate from manager manager consider the successful person is enemy if you have any issue with line manager no one can listen to you
