They all are fraud. Please beware of them. They can dupe you. They will not give you salary, they just use you for their own benefit only. They will not pick your call and will ignore you as if you don't exist for them once their work gets done !

Working here is very stressful as you will not get salary on time. 3-4 months delay will be there. You will be trapped. Have to face so many insults, directly indirectly. No value/respect will be given. Will be treated as a tissue paper.

I was able to learn about how offline education sector works and what are day to day branch related issues

Management is least concerned about their employees, they don't pay salaries on time I left the company in 2020 still they have not paid my last three months salaries their top management says go ahead if you want top sue us go for it, as it wont make any difference

Frequent salary on hold and push you to work on all 7 days. MD and CEO Vinay Kumar gives verbal assurance instead Basic salary on time and expects from you to engage Principal by sending gift from your own pocket. No Gift either on Diwali or New Year, but happily accepting same from his associate partners.

Their is nothing to like about Rao. It is one the worst possible places, you can work at. Even if it's the last company in the world, do not join it.

...eeting is used to put blame on teachers. No suggestions are taken sersiouly. 3. SALARY IS NEVER PAID They will never pay you on time. Every single time, they will give you reasons to not pay you. Some times salary can be delayed upto six to eight months. And they will still expect you to show up to work. If they find out that you are calling them regarding salary, they will stop picking up your calls all together. If you protest they will fire you immediately and cut off all communications with you. 4. Disastrous infra Most of branches (Mira road, Sion etc) dont have proper toilets, class rooms smell like wet cardboard all the time because of improper ventilation, washrooms don't have water, and most of the time you will be the person to open the branch. Yes, you heard it right. You will have to find the keys, open the shutter and turn on the fans, lights and do everything that is supposed to be done by office peon. Whereas braches like Virar branch are in collab with the school management. So if the school needs the particular room (that you are in teaching in) for exams ,they will ask you to move out and will not provide you another room. So the only option you will be left with is sitting with students in the office(which can hardly accomadete more 3 people at once) or sit in the playground under the metal roof in the intense sun. 4. Inhumane working expectations They will give you 100 sem paper and expect you to finish them in 3 hours. 100 students in single practical session
