I was able to learn about how offline education sector works and what are day to day branch related issues

Dislikes

Management is least concerned about their employees, they don't pay salaries on time I left the company in 2020 still they have not paid my last three months salaries their top management says go ahead if you want top sue us go for it, as it wont make any difference

Frequent salary on hold and push you to work on all 7 days. MD and CEO Vinay Kumar gives verbal assurance instead Basic salary on time and expects from you to engage Principal by sending gift from your own pocket. No Gift either on Diwali or New Year, but happily accepting same from his associate partners.

There is nothing special to like about the RAO IIT Academy.

...out any reason, so if you WANN stay mentally stable then stay away from RAO IIT.Too much politics is there, they are not giving salary on time worst organization I have ever seen.

.... They have hardly any selection 2, 3 They just cheat parents and there kids. They are very bad in paying monthly salary

They all are fraud. Please beware of them. They can dupe you. They will not give you salary, they just use you for their own benefit only. They will not pick your call and will ignore you as if you don't exist for them once their work gets done !

Actually there is nothing to like about this intstitute. They just exploit people.
