Dislikes

1. Office politics on management level, 2. If you don't good with your manager than you can't won a quarterly reward 3. There is no job security. Don't forget You are just a resource for company 4. Company fired you in just a second No notice period, you will go to office happily in the morning and you will back to home with disappointment faces because you will be fired in this time if you are not billable 5. Everybody is scared about job security Ranosys please don't layoffs

Company policies and management is helpful for an employee to seek some benefits & growth for the company as well as themselves.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent & growth is at good pace. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work late till midnight and attend client calls in evenings. Commitments to clients are pre-decided which sometimes creates a lot of pressure on team.

Likes

Ranosys techonology is also started WFH for employees with a condition to serve that by local residence only. You cannot go to your home or any place out of station. People got stuck in their PGs and hostels who have their home outside.

Dislikes

...s of knowledge sharing. But dont expect this thing from your TL, or managers. Salary appraisal: After 1 year they start deducting particular amount from your salary as bonus. And at the end you will get only 50% or less rhan that of the total amount that got deducted. And they call this as performance wise , but this is their policy to show big amount in ctc and give you nothi ng. There is no work life balance becase you have t sit unnecessariy 9.15 hours even if you are idle. Proojects in this company always have short deadline so they expect you to work at late night and that too with no transport facility. There is no one to ask how will you travel at late night. This is employee's self responsility to manage transport. Since work pressure is too.much they dont believe in good quality code must go. Whatever is working will be fine. So At the end, employee have to suffer , he will get nothing in terms of learning. But he can just learn how to handle pressure :p

If you are a fresher this is good place to learn but they will not pay you good salary.

Hire management is partial for there friends, they commit every thing is in our hands I can protect anyone... Promotion must be given on the basis of work and efficiency not for friendship and other factors

Junior level employees are helping, well mannered and supportive. Simple people Certification, learnings Few leads and managers are helping COO should check the level of politics and favouritism going on in the company.

Dislikes

Egoistic and arrogant senior project managers especially in SF team. No transparency in work, project mnagers can say anything and top management is just a puppet of what PM/ senior system analyst say. They never accept their mistakes, no 360 degree feedback concept, Complete dictatorship, honest feedback cannot be given about managers in sf team because it can backfire. No transparency. Very diplomatic DU heads. Lot of politics and project mnagaers present wrong story to Du heads and COO in sf team. Du heads are too idiot to do any evaluation, they just blindly follow leads/managers. Years of experience is important for them, nothing else matters.
