Management doesn’t care about you, if you are having any problems they will just leave you on your own and you have to suffer until you can’t. My team leader didn’t had any work ethic wanted me to work like Suhani majdoor and even after working how he wants at the end of the day he will say don’t know who took your interview and if you work accordingly to him you will become “MARD”. And he wants you to share your screen whole day so he can watch what are you doing exactly…

Late night working culture. Do not inform employees would need to work on US shift in the interview, though they claim 10-7 working hours. No shift allowance either.
