Everything about the company, first and foremost they don’t pay salary on time, delayed for months and months. Not a mail to comfort without salary. The management doesn’t give a shit about employees, all they care about is unbelievable deadlines which are insane to start with. There is no career path and they terminate employees without a reason. Very unprofessional behaviour from upper management they speak however they to like to everyone. If your thinking to join this company then please I would rather recommend you to start rethinking your life decisions.

I liked the coffee machine and elevator.

...nt, and that is why you may find every HOD or leads lacking skills or knowledge. Salaries are never paid on time, and very recently they have mass fired the employees and refused to pay their 3 months of salaries.

They don’t know how to run a company. Inexperienced heads running their department. They never deliver what they have promised. The management is extremely toxic manipulators and asks the floor department to take pictures of employees if they are not in their work place. Harassing employees ,ganging up in their respective languages and attacking other employees, extreme office politics in full support of the department head, speaking bad about other languages, threatening about not giving salaries, and extremely narrow minded management. They haven’t deposited a single month of PF. If you don’t wanna loose your skills, please don’t join there. BIG TIME TRAUMATISED EXPERIENCE

It's a horrible place to work in with a toxic work culture and untrustworthy upper management, I don't know why this place is even being considered for this award, to be honest. I'm not even making a joke here, it's honestly one of the worst places to work in

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
