Improper infrastructure and lack of teaching aids and facilities.

I enjoyed my work. All the time I used to be with my students, I attended their problems, tried to find solution to their problems.

Dislikes

I was very particular about examination.I was very strict in conducting the same.But my colleague s were not so as I was. Difference arises obviously.
