Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company is open to innovation and it likes to hire creative employees. I love that fact that i am a part of Rangi International. The teammates are also very cooperative and hardworking. I also appreciate that fact that fact that my colleagues come from different cultural background and we all work in collaboration as a family.

Best for job security, team is good, management and owner always support you, PF and medical facility. Main thing is that no work pressure you can do your work smoothly without senior pressure, no leave problem.
