...en though the company is helpful in providing any instant financial help needed. Alert from that the wear and tear of the personal laptop should be covered, and also the other compensation has to be covered on time or as dated.

VP and Director of Vadodara office are idiots and do not know how to run a team. You can only survive if you are in good books of these two. Unfortunately, the US management are blindly trusting these two because of which many good employees left company and would continue to do so. The VP and Director wont let anyone work peacefully even if you are performing well. HR and company policies change overnight.
