Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Due to continuous Mass production with lot varieties and type of products there will be huge amount of Rejection or deviated parts will be produced due to using new operators even they don't know about the process and functionality. Appraisals - come with relationship based not perfomance based. 4. No one can here your voice. 5. Fear with transfer you another location. 6. Every time you have good and pressurized work load. 7.
