Rane group is very excellent, Time to time salary will provide, they will wish our birthday very well, give full family insurance,if any problem they will give advance leave also.very good company

From month starting to month end daily daily work pressure, Boss will not give leave on time, Simply give work pressure,Boss will tell take care three shifts A+B+Daily 12 hours work they will take from us.our all credit was taken by Boss only. Rane company is so much good but in plant people are literally horrible torcher they will give for work pressure.after going home also they will tell to take care 2nd and 3rd shift also.i mean in home also we will not be relaxed.

Good work environment,best tqm practised,cross functional team culture in problem solving,company policies are very good.Company appraisals are fair .

Salary hikes depends on market sales, Rotation of job culture is not evident

Rane one of the good company. Work life is very good in this company but salary is very less. Comoany giving 2 times food and shifwise working 8 hours per shift 24 hours running company. For me this company trained and teach so much I love Rane.... 😍😍

Sometimes shift is extendin upto 1 or 2 hours.
