There was work flexibility wrt no time on floor, time in office was required. We had the permission to use our mobile phones.

There was no fixed working hours, as per company requirement one needs to stretch without getting any compensation or cab facility by the company.

Good company,timely salary. Since it is 3P work is depend upon your client place.

No proper development program for employee, still don't know how promotion works here, after some years u feel stuck between the client and randstad as there is no proper point of contact for your growth and advise u just have to do work at reputed client at place with no proper training,less hikes

...as the reporting manager demands detailed justifications and ultimately decides. Public holidays often require mandatory work, with no compensation or comp-off provided. The CFO and CEO are not concerned about the well-being of employees, as they only prioritize reporting on tight deadlines, regardless of the strain it puts on the team. Think carefully before joining the GL & Reporting Team, as the environment is unprofessional and highly stressful.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Job is very insecure. Inferior work culture and non approachable management. Irregularities in months salary.

Dislikes

No scope of carrier and financial growth and no scope of learning. Management are not at all approachable and the job is not at all secure.
