...security. No HR Support. Always hide terms and Conditions for the Employees. You have to pay a big Ammount from your first month salary if they give you job. No to suggest anyone to join this company at all. They hire the candidate on contract base and hide the terms and conditions to him. If Client decide to not continue with the candidate they don't support or they don't give any other project.

...as the reporting manager demands detailed justifications and ultimately decides. Public holidays often require mandatory work, with no compensation or comp-off provided. The CFO and CEO are not concerned about the well-being of employees, as they only prioritize reporting on tight deadlines, regardless of the strain it puts on the team. Think carefully before joining the GL & Reporting Team, as the environment is unprofessional and highly stressful.

Work culture, Work life balance, Managers are like good collegues to you. You would get guidance and support always. Standard and achieveable targets, Sometimes hectic but Management provides good work life balance.

Dislikes

You may get promotions, salary increment yearly basis. But only thing is when you are good or avg performer it doesn't matter salary hike is invincible. Nothing to say, Apart from this everything is good.

In fact before the pendamic happened we are given salary on proper time as what I expected, as the pendamic happened I left my job in between, in the month of June, 2020. I have work for more than two an heft years after all it good working with them, in fact I’m no a direct staff of Randstad but my payroll comes under Randstad, over all it was good, as we know during covid pendamic we can’t expect what we expect as everyone of understand,

In fact there are nothing that it was been disliked of course there are little lack behind that is there no proper communication between the staff, and the Randstad No understanding between the staff and the hr team, I can’t fully blame completely to Randstad it’s apart of management too

Worst BPO. This is not a company but a complete BPO environment. They will dump you with daily DSATs. But they will never highlight your CSATs.

Dislikes

...micromanagement. Never appreciate your success but always vulture your weakness. They dont even pay well. They always have the budget issue. Though thier clients are Google and Meta! Dint recived appraisal twice due to budget issue and never got promoted since I cant taste thier boots.
