There is nothing to like about this company. The most terrible company i have ever seen in my entire life.

Dislikes

Salary was low. They first called me for a interview. Then they told me that to pay 25k salary. Which was lower than the salary from my previous organisation. Then they called me for second round interview. Then they again try to convince to work in much lesser salary. Then they offered me 22k. That time i was unemployed. So i joined. And after getting in the company. They were not allowing me toh work or attend any customer. They always say things like you don't know anything. You are new to our organisation. And i was having straight 6 years of experience in automobile. I have worked in luxury brands also. As a sales manager. Still they were telling me to not meet any walkin customer. And from the starting they cleared the thing that if you will not sale 3 cars we will not pay you salary. So it was not possible for me to not attending any customer and selling car. Coming to another point. They don't allow take any leave. They call me to come all 7 days. And even ask me to work after shift of 10 hours working. And in the end i left the organisation after taking my first salary. Because. These people don't deserve any good candidate. These people deserve to braten on road with belts. Very disgusting people.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joiners

Worst company experience in my RANA MOTORS NEXA . Company is very bad and cut the salary without any reasons and then he is not pay the employees intensives.

...ery hard work inn day and night but company that no feel the employees efforts . He is not pay the exact salary to pay.

...s they hold incentive and others perks also. Further there is no job security. One good point is there salary on time further everything is not upto the mark. the hr manager mr Gupta he don't know how to talk his behaviour is absolutely pathetic.

I don't even like anything everything is pathetic. I don't like hr manager he is the most pathetic guy and irritating too u don't even talk to him for any concern.

The most I like is sucurity of the job. But more or less you will be helpless and hopeless too after being a part of the company for a long time.

Dislikes

Salary and apprisal. The structure is somehow poor and its not hike as per expectations after a long time.
