It was a good organisation until there was the CEO of the management Mr.Ravindra kr.Teotia,and he was a knowledgeable person with all the powers and very caring and responsible for the good staff.

Dislikes

After CEO left the company management became worst and internal politics started with the staff who knows the technical know how and finishes the work with quality and responsibility. From there the downfall of the company has started.

Atleast giving employment to hundred people

Typical Indian Lala culture, Neptism, Poor Employee conditions, no Leaves given to employees, no appointment letter given but file will be maintained and show that it is given, no gratuity even if you work for 10 years, if you are relative your all sins are ignored but if not relative your job will go, basically if no other job in sight then do otherwise not,
