...gry with personal issues and mentality harass with a lot of works and overtimes. No career growth and salary growth. Increment delays every time they will give sympathy that we will give a good increment next increment next time and then repeat the same. Biased with female employees who don’t even work and get highest increment. No activity and celebration you work like robot whole year.

There is nothing to like in Ramtech. I mistakelly joined the company before joining they had said something after joining they totally dont care about the employ.

Ramtech pays very less salary to there employes they pays 8000 to freshers for 2 years. Ramteh is MC , BC
