Nothing is good in RAMTeCH, I myself worked so much time here only because of I was not want to move from Dehradun otherwise in RAMTeCH working culture is big ZERO.

...tion are inconsistent, leading to the frustration and confusion among employees. Compensation and benefits are not competitive enough compared to other companies.

...gry with personal issues and mentality harass with a lot of works and overtimes. No career growth and salary growth. Increment delays every time they will give sympathy that we will give a good increment next increment next time and then repeat the same. Biased with female employees who don’t even work and get highest increment. No activity and celebration you work like robot whole year.

No management, there is hr but useless,low salary, for leaves we have to beg,low increment of 1200 to 3000 , we have to wait for pay slips for 1 month there will be a big process to get our pay slips , extra hours didn’t get paid so many cuttings, 1.late comings above half an hour half day will be deducted , 2. For 0.5 day loss of pay for one month will deduct 25% of incentive and there is no incentive for new joiners for both exp and freshers please don’t join in this worst company

User work so hard but they management don't support about salary everyone working here for money but they didn't give they don't support we all user work hard support this organisation day night 12 hour but they r play so evil politics and shut ur mouth

This is the better one for learning and for skills development .There is job the environment is so good to work..no unnecessary pressure.. unnecessary calls, only 1 thing is need to follow the office protocols like entry exit timing, discipline etc.. overall it's a good company.
