Politics plays a major role in RAMSOL, If you want to appreciate over their first your Manger should like you🤣, their is no appreciation based on the performance, partiality basis they give all, because of my Manger's (she) behaviour and partiality I lefted from Ramsol💯

No job security. They keep changing their policies as they want. The management is very keen on their image to be good but from the inside it's not worth taking about. It's a tele-marketing place for sales, except the products are jobseekers and the buyers are coperate organisation with targets on our heads to push sales.

No job security,they will use our hardwork and not paid for that,they will keep on changing the incentive scheme,they will not pay for any of the joiners,no proper incentives,we want to extend our shifts to achieve our targets..worst consultancy,don't join here,if you join means you will be wasting your time and career..that it..no proper management.if we not achieve our targets , they will shout in front of others.

Working here you will learn lot of things new from your seniors. All seniors are super friendly.

Dislikes

Management makes all decisions on their own and makes you to accept all that, you can suggest few things but management won't accept it. They do have their own plan of statergies and very few people are working for US Domain so working here makes you sometimes feel bad. Working hours was never a constant for the US domain.

Don't waste your time by joining this company. I was hired as Full-time employee and a month later received offer letter saying i was on Contract. These people have zero knowledge or experience in US Market but they will hire and give training. They don't have any Clients for US Market but will say they are working with premium clients.
