It is a very bad company, they stop the employee by lying and do not increase the salary, change HR every month. They lie to you month after month and the working environment of the company is very bad. Please do not join this company even by mistake, this company wastes people's time.

The working persons are so good and talented but so much of internal politics and fear to take actions against the management which is the main spoiler, as a photographer i always struggle with the equipment, The MD it self instruct the CTO, don’t spent much amount, so they always try to save the cost, and quality get worst, every client is unhappy and frustrated. One of the good thing is working hours are flexible

No one cares about your talents but they only like how to save money, no health security in the covid times the behaviour shown by them was worst. The HR is gutter mouthed, whatever he says never trust on him. The CTO is nice, knowledgeable, kind understanding. He values the talent. My only reason to work was him

Very bad experience I had there. Management doesn't listen to employees how some task should be accomplished. You have to always do it their way. And when something goes wrong, it is always your fault. There are terrible work timings. Officially they say to work for 9 hours, but because of the always occurring impossible deadlines, every now and then you have to stay late and finish the work. You can not learn UI and graphic design there, or atleast can learn upto some extent which is very less, but not more than that. They always pressurize designers to work fast, without concerning quality. User experience is never a part of their design process. And then designers (including 2D and 3D have to rework). Same goes or developers. They just cover up faults because of the impossible deadlines. You have to finish everything by today evening. For a 7 day animation task, they assure client that it will be delivered fully by evening. Clients always ask or iterations because management or BA always offer impossible deadlines which results in very poor quality. They have cameras everywhere which were installed to prevent theft, but started being used to keep eye on the employees. Well this happens everywhere, but then some good-in-politics people use that footage to create a negative vibe about specific employees which leads to firing or poor increment in salary. Salary : They always claim to appraise salary in 6 months but always do increment after 12 months. Then you have to keep reminding them regarding appraisal in 12th month, otherwise if you forget they will skip that. Every person got their increment after 13 months. Technically they implement increment after 12 months & 13th month salary is provided in the form of arrear. Arrears are another problem. It takes 4-5 months to clear arrears even if the sum is very nominal eg. Rs. 1500. The place is a hell disaster. Around 99% of the people abuse about the company. People do not leave, they escape from here.
