Good work environment and culture.teammates and the management is transparent company good opportunity and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

6 days work for a corporate office. If its 5 days work it would be more productive in staffs working because almost 75% of staffs are not a native of tirupur. So it might be helpful for a work life balance.

Company is an nice company but the manager is not good he is the issue for all the staff im worked in Pollachi02 but now im not working now bocouse of the manager Mr.Anand .V he is the issue he had an lady issues in the same branch but any one can highlight it because of job saqurety . do whated to any thing to the staff kindly do any thing . now i hand any issue becouse in relieved in that job now in working in bank as an cashier . but i love that job & company but now................. this is an biggest company & growing company this kind of company take an any action this is my request.
