They give 2500rs on your birthday for spending, timing 9 am to 6pm，one time fully party in a year

Dislikes

no increment from 3years, pf both share including company share deduct from your salary, and bonus also not given by them

I love this company. This company sitetravel is compaletely dependent on your project & clint's location. Another plus point isthat my colleagues come from various culturalbackgroud, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high. Managers do not value an individuals unique strenght which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time. Also there is no on-job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes.

The company is real state construction company. All staffs are more familiar and contribute the experience. Company's culture is more familiar and I am very proud that I'm a part of this company.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
