Pathetic is the word to describe in short. To begin with no salary atleast for 2.5months(delay). No relieving letter without the consent of illiterate Sr.Mgmt(Ashish Ahluwalia-Sr. Manager). Doesn't know anything,simply wasting of time...one point you will get the feeling of doing Labour charity to a greedy management....highly unprofessional,please don't waste your time n efforts in joining the co.

...s mortgaged you will be burdened to fetch money for the funding co.-Suraksha....despite of all the efforts your salary will be held up for 3months with the fraudulent co.-Ramprastha... attrition rate is high since people get attracted to the brand name which is mortgaged.... In small dark room converted into cafeteria has mice roaming over your food bags...money definitely you will not earn but may catch diseases for sure....

Good work environment and culture. Team mate are supportive us.

Dislikes

Ramprastha group terminated all their new employees. There is a lots of politics and don't address our issues, on the job training does not given to new joinees so I don't like taken division towards there employees.

there is totally executive level job is here , totally non technical work is done there if your are technical person don't join this company and if you want to do fully non technical job then you can join the company and major point HR use lie that salary is on time but date it is not on time
