The best thing working in Ramniklal is that one get opportunities to be part of many leading brands in the Consumer goods space. Nivea, Johnson & Johnson, Kimberley Clark corporation, Nestle etc. The experienced management team are real mentors who bring out the best of an employee and helps us to realize our full potential. Work timings are not too tight hence work life balance is guaranteed. Company has a very healthy relationship with staff and very open in communication. It's full of learning opportunities during the tenure one can expect. Highly recommended company to anyone who is looking for challenging and rewarding career.
