The company has to work of electrifications of rurlar area by adoptes latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable,high quality prouducts.and I work happly collibration.I also likethe employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but groth is slow.The work pressure is very high .some times I have to work 14- 16 hours straight in a day ad i have to attend client meetings in the evening and some times late into the night .Project Manager do not value an individuals unique strength,which iswhy I have to take back my suggestion most of times I recive apperecition from my client /superiors.Also here is no on job training for freshers.

...sal in 2023 is 15℅ for everybody with good job security. Also good for learning. Salary on time but sometimes it delays for 2-3 days. HRA for site based employees is good. Also large number of upcoming projects. Become leading company in waste water treatment.

I have a Lead Mr. Gulam yazdani who is non technical. He never handled O&M projects, making his own rules & forcing others to follow the same makes others frustrated. He never accept your opinions until he struck somewhere. After that he accept your opinion and saying that this is his decisions. Also he need somebody who would take care of everything at site works & documentations so that so called manager don't need to come at site for any work. He just sit in office, sending WhatsApp messages in group for work updates so that they update same to their uplines & then he will get appreciated for great work. Worst person is Mr. Chandershekar (GM) sitting at Hyderabad HO. He don't know how to talk to juniors. Talks very rudely in normal situations with 'Re' in every sentence like "kya re Tu yaha kya kar raha hai". But in front of any most senior like BU head, he talks very calmly to juniors showing his humble nature with juniors. I think he's frustrated too bcoz of working all his life in private sector, his nature becomes irritating. That's why govt. sector companies & some good reputed organizations never take these old age retired people again so as to give opportunity to young one's. These people don't have any technical knowledge. Just they learn about plant from site people's and telling same to client and upper management to become hero. Most of managers has dual face here. Salary they provide is excluding pf. Here CTC is the inhand Salary if CTC is greater than 3.5 lacs. No bonus. Also mediclaim is just 2 lacs for whole family. Also if you are new to join they give just 5-10℅ hike rather than other companies giving more than 20℅. They bargain very much during recruiting. Having 3 months notice period but can be negotiable if HOD/Head HR approves.

Company policies are good. Appraisal are fair. Salary is also on-time.

...e so much negotiate with you at the time of joining to reduce your expected CTC. They want to hire you but don't want to give you desired salary.

Canteen food was good for three times a day and 2 time tea. Accommodation was very bad and they charge the 4000 rupee from the salary for food and accommodation.

Accommodation was very bad and with the worst washroom no room security there no cleanness and they charge the 4000/- rupee from the salary for food and accommodation. Overall bad experience in indore office! Worked for 1.5 month as an CSE intern but after completing 2 to 2.5 week they all start sending me to the field work.
