If you resign in the middle of a month with a 2-month notice period, you're left in a difficult situation. Getting your full and final settlement takes a considerable amount of follow-up and may not be received until 2 months after your last working day.

The job profile is good and dynamic. Here in this profile we are getting an opportunity to communicate with the top level management of any Industry which is very good experience for me to grow myself in my career.

i like to work with re sustainability because this company give on time salary, Safety training, Appraisal ,Insurance and company always give support any situation eg. Corona time company was given all PPE and Financial support .

Monopoly decisions are observed in increments and work related decisions. HR won't listen to employees and they take the decisions given by manager. Toxic work environment.

They don't give you F&F settlement on last day of relieving. We need to beg for letters and f&f, and amount for serving notice and leaves don't ask just think you have put money in donation for them. DGM level is keeping egos and stopping f&f and letters is the worst scenario i have faced. Salary will be given high only for new recruits old employees let them be there no problem.
