They don't give you F&F settlement on last day of relieving. We need to beg for letters and f&f, and amount for serving notice and leaves don't ask just think you have put money in donation for them. DGM level is keeping egos and stopping f&f and letters is the worst scenario i have faced. Salary will be given high only for new recruits old employees let them be there no problem.

Overall Ramky is a good company, with respect to workload, which can be managed, but compensation benefits will be not upto expectations. Jobsecurity until you contribute to the growth of the company.

Salary is ok for freshers. Or if your monthly requirement is not much. But the appraisal or increment is very low.
