i like to work with re sustainability because this company give on time salary, Safety training, Appraisal ,Insurance and company always give support any situation eg. Corona time company was given all PPE and Financial support .

Technical skill training require every staff in project physically

Work life balance is great. 8-9 hours duty time. Job security is excellent. Ample space for skill development.

Salary is ok for freshers. Or if your monthly requirement is not much. But the appraisal or increment is very low.

...rence to standard procedures, with rules being improvised on the spot by anyone. Salary payments are withheld throughout the notice period. If you resign in the middle of a month with a 2-month notice period, you're left in a difficult situation. Getting your full and final settlement takes a considerable amount of follow-up and may not be received until 2 months after your last working day.

Company is very good, job security and on time salary is there... Very less to learn as it depends upon ur boss

People who are stayed more than 20 years are the only keyrole in this company which leads lots of politics which address to many issues.

... opportunity to learn roles in project management and upper management stuffs. For this one have to sacrifice work-life balance and have to survive on minimum compensation for a long period. If anyone wants to build a career in waste management then he/she should start but not for long duration.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture, no work life balance. No expectations from management and team mates, unprofessional attitude and highly unskilled bosses. All just know talking and play politics, undeserving employees are getting promoted and hike while the deserving one are fooled with fake hopes. There’s no way that you can find a way to develop yourself, it totally depends on you, no one will care what have you learned, GETs are coming and spoiling their time, no asks for a report, they’re producing buffoons.There are many more.
