For covid -19 lockdown time si much support and properly handle for healthy and salary.Good company and many new upgrade machine and quality level so much good.. But management's and systems site need to improve as per administration and employees growth..

I think, overall job security and administration for employees satisfy and work culture need to improve otherwise overall it's best for every level of post are better..

Company is good for learning employees to explore their knowledge.

Work culture is not suitable for employees and manager behaviour is very worst, because they think salary is given by thier pocket money. And end of the month they are also waiting for the company Salary. And another one thing is ramakrishna forgings ltd is a great place to work company. My suggestion is who want to join in ramkrishna forgings specially in design department, please read the all reviews from employee and then join to ramkrishna forgings.

First cmpny i see in my career were engineer are supporting staff and managers & above are valuable employs even the basic facilites are not same for both like canteen, different for engineer and operator level and different for manager and above with permium facilites. So u can imagine the differences.

Provide good increment (minimum 10% to 12 % on gross salary) and even good yearly bonus around one month salary . 38 to 42 days leave provide by company every employee. 4. Provide good technical trainings all employee and few good technical expert available all plant

1. Bagnoli dominate present all plant. 2. If your senior is not good it is too difficult to survive in RKFL. 3. Put So much presser on employee , worst work culture, excess politic for new employee and no job security's. 4. Tight office in time but not guarantee about out time.
