First cmpny i see in my career were engineer are supporting staff and managers & above are valuable employs even the basic facilites are not same for both like canteen, different for engineer and operator level and different for manager and above with permium facilites. So u can imagine the differences.

One thing is good here if someone belongs to Jamshedpur or his whole family living in Jamshedpur. Remaining nothing is good here.

Toxic and political culture Bad behaviour of staffs Not any culture here. If anyone thinks about to join Ramkrishna I suggest change your decision and search other opportunities.

Provide good increment (minimum 10% to 12 % on gross salary) and even good yearly bonus around one month salary . 38 to 42 days leave provide by company every employee. 4. Provide good technical trainings all employee and few good technical expert available all plant

1. Bagnoli dominate present all plant. 2. If your senior is not good it is too difficult to survive in RKFL. 3. Put So much presser on employee , worst work culture, excess politic for new employee and no job security's. 4. Tight office in time but not guarantee about out time.

HR policies are worst. Even you finish your probation, they don't give you leave. HR is ready to deduct full day the salary even you avail half day leave. HR is not professional and treat you like kids. No proper induction and leave policy followed. There is no work life balance. You just work here like donkeys without pay.

It's lala company and culture community /casteism wise. Salary decided on the basis of cast not as talent.

Dislikes

One community is in HR Department. He decide salary according to your cast. If you will be in his cast then he Will paying more money it can be more as your knowledge /experience.Directly and indirectly 99% belongs to one community/cast. He don't want to allow other person. He will suffering salary problem every month because of his cast not a similar as a HR. Very bad experience. If you Wii be in his community then it will be good company for you. In this company reservation is available for one community as like a Government sector for another community.
