It's lala company and culture community /casteism wise. Salary decided on the basis of cast not as talent.

One community is in HR Department. He decide salary according to your cast. If you will be in his cast then he Will paying more money it can be more as your knowledge /experience.Directly and indirectly 99% belongs to one community/cast. He don't want to allow other person. He will suffering salary problem every month because of hiscast not a similar as a HR. Very bad experience. If you Wii be in his community then it will be good company for you.
