No proper shiftings, alot of work burden on one person who knows all the work and who manages everything, it was me there who worked like this, no proper maintenence, managers, there's no knowledge on their own departments, always targets one person who works on everything, no technical knowledge to the team, there's is no support from department drs, everyone used to interfere in diagnostics

Likes

C.E.O. of the hospital Dr.Yobu sir is very friendly and takes care of all the staff. Cosultants Dr.DhanaLakshmi mam, Dr.Sirinivasulu sir etc were very helpful for building up my career. Director of the hopsital, Dr.Dayakar sir was also very encouraging and supporting person for the staff.

Dislikes

Nothing much in particular, but rules regarding Attenders visit into ICU etc must be made more strict.

I personally like the environment in which we don't have any pressure people around us good respectable

I dislike the thing is that especially in physiotherapy department team mates are non cooperative every one wants to dominate others they don't want to work as a team and lots off internal politics
