Company still working in era of 90's, no computer, lots of paperwork. Hitlershahi, very poor involvement of owner so one man becomes Hitler & making owners fool. Work culture is pathetic .. job setisfaction is missing .. I was working there as a regional manager but I was highly paid sales representative not more then that .. they don't understand the hierarchy .. asst manager is taking reporting of rsm .. just because he is working there since long .. it's very difficult to survive under such environment... Professionalism is totally missing ..
