Company still working in era of 90's, no computer, lots of paperwork. Hitlershahi, very poor involvement of owner so one man becomes Hitler & making owners fool. Very arogant & short tempered person Using abusive language & consider team member nothing. Asking anyone anytime for resign for negligible reason

Only one thing and that is salary always comes on time ...

Work culture is pathetic .. job setisfaction is missing .. I was working there as a regional manager but I was highly paid sales representative not more then that .. they don't understand the hierarchy .. asst manager is taking reporting of rsm .. just because he is working there since long .. it's very difficult to survive under such environment... Professionalism is totally missing ..

Very family type company, no professionalism, no job safely,higher employees can anytime kick employee without any reason, owner of the company don't involve properly.

There is good environment of work and teammates are very supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Ramdev Food Products Pvt.Ltd it's a Large Scale Industry,having a comfortable environment as well as the organization construction is too big and well planned constructed..Company gives all the desired facility to their employees such as canteen facility, transportation facility as well as residential facility nd many more....

Everything is well organized,they gave me a big opportunity to do work in their organization...
