Not even a single good point is there in this firm. Very disappointed, humble request to everyone who are looking for a job, please don't join in this company instead of that be jobless. For freshers: You don't have any opportunity to learn the skills and knowledge, the only way to survive here is to send the pictures in the WhatsApp group For Experienced: There won't be any respect here, you can't use your experience here. Do whatever the MD is saying, that too can be revised within few days and will screw you. Not a destination for the technically strong person Job security is zero here, they'll ask you to leave the work suddenly. Very worst firm i had seen in my entire career. Thank you for the lesson you taught me. The lesson is I learned from other firms is how to treat employees in their tough time and how to utilise their skills. Its completely zero here, not updated in their skills. Its like santosh subramanian movie " Appa sonnaru nga"

From my 10 working year's experience I didn't heard about the scheme which was following by this company.its completely suitable for the housekeeping agency not suitable for construction works
