...can handle at once. If we handle also no recognition in terms of commercials. In my scenario i worked daya and night for 1 year then received a compensation hike of 2%. Done 5 projects in span of 1 year and all went LIVE successfully but in terms of hike NILL.

People that i am working in a team are nice.when it comes to package very poor. For project trainee its good platform to learn. But for long run its not recommanded.

I dont think i disliked its all process of learning.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team to work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths. I do received appreciation e-mails that are mostly unnoticed during the appraisals.

Ramco is A good company and environment for a fresher to go heights and learn different skillset to develop our career to next level

It's a higly insecured place for job security and not very sure about the pay and next level permanent position for project employees

They are doing modern discriminations by giving higher package and Higher designation to the guys/girls coming from premium and top private institutions. But the actual work done by them are very minimal and entry level jobs. On the other hand, they are paying very less and entry level designations even for the lateral resources and assigning the tasks and projects to them like a hell. In simple worlds except Tamilians all the other race are getting paid higher and with strong designation. Only the Telugu and Hindi people are getting paid higher and deployed with super dooper roles.
