...they will provide stipend but they treat you like a worker. Terrible experience. Also salary hike is null. I was forced to work on Sunday as well. In one month I used to get off on only one Sunday.

Very worst company in my life they run four or three machines by one person When a person is fatigue or I'll they not gave a leave they think the employee only born for his company and employee has no other life or family or relatives

If u work in this organisation ,u get more knowledge about quality , system, manpower handling, and how to flow of the work . There is sufficient scop for learning and grow your job profile .that is good company for learner and job seeker for future oriented.

Unnecessary expectation and work pressure. Owner are micro-managing senior staff and rewarding with overwork for your efforts. No system and always using degrading words to pressurise work.

Dear Sir, now I m no more associated with SAN AUROMOTIVE INDUSTRIES PVT LTD. In this year, I hv joined RAMCO STEELS PVT LTD, FBD. As SR. MANAGER Q.A. in the month of Jan,20. RSPL- engaged in manufacturing precision machined parts for various Gear manufacturing plants, like DANA, RACL, HERO MOTOR, SOMIC ZF and few more. Excellent work culture and good growth opportunity. Etc.
